Poison area spell

I need help to know how to create a spell that poisons a target area to slow the movement and attack speed and dealing damage per second.

You need to at least try yourself. We will help but not create the whole trigger for you.

I suggest you create a dummy unit with Immolation and the Tornado's Slow Aura.
Perhaps with the Disease Cloud model?

Unit casts spell > Pick every unit within X range > Create dummy and cast dummy spell on picked unit.

This tutorial has a section on AoE spells near the end.
