Thank you all for the great ideas! I decided to use an alternate one of what IronTrout posted and i think i got the way on how to do it ^^

There were some really neat skills here, so everyone who suggested +rep ^^

Force of Nature
The Ranger has the power to charm units for a while when she shots this type of shots. And also if she kills the unit with this shot enabled she creates a Treant

[Level 1]: Has a 5% chance to charm, creates a level 1 Treant.
[Level 2]: Has a 10% chance to charm, creates a level 2 Treant
[Level 3]: Has a 20% chance to charm, creates a level 3 Treant.

And so On. Hope you enjoyed the idea
