He's a very cool person, and especially as far as chefs go very kind and tries to view things as a misunderstanding rather than straight up incompetence. But at some point it is clearly naivety and he is kind of over his head in his position, but doesn't want to admit it
AI can really help in the job I dont know what I would do without it in mine now that I have experienced it. Coming up with recipes though is another thing.
And I like it for certain things. Sometimes I don't know exactly what I'm trying to look up or what to type in to a search engine, and it's certainly helpful. But it needs to be used with an understand that it does not know what it is saying, it's just making a sentence that the model thinks you want
Ideas are different but following the directions to someone who knows what they are doing. There is a huge difference between my coworker who is a graphics artist vibe coding something than me doing it, at least if something goes wrong or to know if its reasonable because of experience
schedule and any kind of admin task or assistant or just something to bounce ideas off and make lists, to talk though stuff is mainly what i use it for i will give it a design and say pick it apart
Right, the only time it can be trusted is when you know you can't trust it and can know where it's wrong. I can't use it as a substitute to an actual teacher for something that I don't understand

and about the AI psych I notice chatGPT always being affirming towards me and giving me advice and stuff, I rarely take it but it does do it I guess as part of the algorithm
I opened today. Last year we had a very big difference in our shifts that I would call unfair, because my average shift was 10 hours because I ran dinner shift every day, Ben ran lunch shift and his average was less than 7. We both do doubles on our days off
