Here's my ideas. i hope someone wud make these spells into reality for my map

Name: Embargo
Type: Negative Buff
Targets: Enemy, Hero
Description: Steals the passive effects of the target hero's items such as +damage, +speed, +regen, etc.
Effect per Skill Level: Steals effect from [2+(1xSkill Level)] items in inventory
Duration: [12 + (3 x Skill Level)]
Range: 600

Name: Mana Lust
Type: Negative Buff
Targets: Any Hero
Description: The target succumbs into an addiction to mana, adds mana regeneration but makes the hero use hit points as mana cost to spells.
Effect per Skill Level: +(50 x Skill Level)% mana regeneration
Range: 600

Name: Reverse Regeneration
Type: Aura
Targets: Enemy
Description: An aura that reverses the effects of regeneration to both hit points and mana.
Effect per Skill Level: [25 x Skill Level]% of regeneration is negative
Range: [200 x Skill Level]

Name: Speed Demon
Type: Negative Buff
Targets: Enemy
Description: Unravels time and space causing the unit to deal damage according to its movement, the bigger the movement speed the larger the damage, the target then gets a 50% movement speed loss for 8 seconds.
Damage Formula: [Current MSpeed] / [1 - (0.2 x Skill Level)]
Range: 700

Negative Buff = Debuff :p.
I'll add some spells in a second.

Name: Atomic Dispersion
Type: Buff / AoE
Targets: Enemy, Structure
Description: Whenever the hero takes damage, there's an X% chance to reflect X% of it back at the enemy. The shock of this reflection causes the enemy to enter a state of shock, slowing them by X%, and reducing their armor by X.
Chance To Reflect: 5/10/15/20%
Amount Reflected: 10/20/30/40%
AS/MS Decrease: 3/6/9/12%
Armor Reduction: 1.5/3/4.5/6

Two versions:
One:
Name: Carbonate
Type: Target
Targets: Enemy, Only below 25% HP.
Description: Causes the target to be filled with gas, increasing their movement speed by X for 7 seconds. At the end of this, they are so intoxicated from the gas, they explode, dealing X damage in a 450 AoE and dying.
MS Increase: 3/5/7/9%
Damage: 50/125/200/275
Cooldown: 30 seconds

Two:
Name: Carbonate
Type: Target
Targets: Ally
Description: Causes the target to fill with gas, making them lighter, allowing them to move X% faster for X seconds.
MS Increase: 5/10/15/20%
Duration: 2/4/6/8 seconds
Cooldown: 30 seconds
That's it for now.

Name: Carrion Plague
Type: Debuff / Target
Targets: Enemy
Description: Instills a plague in a target enemy, which lies dormant for X seconds. After this duration, the plague explodes dealing X damage to the target, and X damage to allies of the target in a 450 AoE. This plague can only be removed by taking X damage. The target does not get hit by the AoE explosion.
Dormancy: 12/9/6/3 seconds
Target Damage: 75/150/225/300
AoE Damage: 50/100/150/200
Plague Removal Damage: 100/200/300/400

Name: Mass Spel
Type: Buff, AoE
Targets: Ally
Description: The holy side of the Mass Dispel magic, when cast, gives a X armor, X% damage, X% speed, and X% HP/MP boost to allies in a 600 AoE for X seconds.
Armor: 3/6/9/12
Damage: 5/15/25/35%
AS/MS Increase: 4/8/12/16%
HP/MP Increase: 7/14/21/28%
Duration: 3/5/7/9 seconds

Name: Strength Of The Gods
Type: Buff
Targets: Ally
Description: Infuses a target ally with the power of the Heavens. This power increases HP by X%, and gives an extra X damage boost, which deals Pure damage. Attacks made by the infused unit also have a chance to heal the caster for X. Lasts X seconds.
HP Increase: 5/20/35/50%
Pure Damage: 0/25/50/75
Caster Heal: 25/50/75/100
Duration: 4/6/8/10 seconds
And of course, an Ultimate:
Name: Dooms Day
Type: Ground, AoE, Ultimate
Targets: Enemy
Description: Calls upon the forces of Hell to rise up and create a mach apocalypse. During this reign of chaos, the ground releases flames in a 600 AoE around the hero. Enemies caught in these flames get damaged for X, and then burn receiving X damage per second for 5 seconds. Any enemies that die from this effect explode in a fiery effect, dealing X damage in a 300 AoE to their allied units. Dooms Day lasts for X seconds. Enemies can only be hit once by Dooms Day.
Flame Damage: 200/400/600
Burn Damage: 10/30/50
Explosion Damage: 100/200/300
Duration: 3/6/9 seconds
Comments: Yes, I realize this spell has the potential to do 1150 damage at level 3

Name: Giga Chain Lightning
Type: Target, Chain, Ultimate
Targets: Enemy
Description: Hurls a bolt of damaging lightning at a target enemy that jumps to nearby enemies every 1 second. If there is no other enemy unit, it will slow the last target and deal half damage, the unit will slowly regain their movement speed over 2 second . Each jump deals less damage (The 50% damage reduction on the last unit will not be consider), it will jump again or slow the last target if that is possible.

Bounces or Slows : 4/5/6
Damage: 325/475/625
Reduction per bounce: 15%
Slow: 15%/ 20%/ 25%

Here's an ability I couldn't make, maybe someone else can?

Name: Incase
Type: Missilie
Targets: Enemy, No Structures.
Description: Creates ice bonds on the armor of a targeted unit, slowing there movement speed and attack rate depending of the level of armor. Lasts 12 seconds.
Field1: Movement Speed decrease: (Armor*7.5 + 10)%
i.e., if the target has 5 armor; that's 5*7.5+10. 47.5% decrease.
Field2: Attack Speed decrease: (Armor*5 + 10)%
i.e., if the target has 5 armor; that's 5*5+10. 35% decrease.

Name: HypotiZm
Type: Unit Target
Targets: Enemy
Description: The illusionist creates images of himself randomly around a 400 AoE of the target doing damage and stunning him/her per image. Images appear and dissapear a few times.
Images: 5/8/12
Stun per Image: 0.5/0.75/1
Damage per image:40/70/110

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name:Hunter's Call
Type: Single Unit Target
Targets: Enemy
Description: Marks a unit and blows the Archer Elves' horn. Summons 4 archers around the target shooting 1 arrow before dissapearing (forming a precise square about 200units away from the target) dealing Agility / X damage per arrow. The unit cannot move during this skill.
Archers: Trainer Archers/ Elven Archers/ Elite Elven Archers
Damage: Agility/12 / Agility/8 / Agility/4

    Looks like Google fixed whatever mistake that made the recipes on the site go crazy and we are no longer trending towards a recipe site lol - I don't care though because it motivated me to spend alot of time on the site improving it and at least now the content people are looking at is not stupid and embarrassing like it was when I first got back into this like 5 years ago.
