Name: Atomic Dispersion
Type: Buff / AoE
Targets: Enemy, Structure
Description: Whenever the hero takes damage, there's an X% chance to reflect X% of it back at the enemy. The shock of this reflection causes the enemy to enter a state of shock, slowing them by X%, and reducing their armor by X.
Chance To Reflect: 5/10/15/20%
Amount Reflected: 10/20/30/40%
AS/MS Decrease: 3/6/9/12%
Armor Reduction: 1.5/3/4.5/6

Name: Carbonate
Type: Target
Targets: Enemy, Only below 25% HP.
Description: Causes the target to be filled with gas, increasing their movement speed by X for 7 seconds. At the end of this, they are so intoxicated from the gas, they explode, dealing X damage in a 450 AoE and dying.
MS Increase: 3/5/7/9%
Damage: 50/125/200/275
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Two:
Name: Carbonate
Type: Target
Targets: Ally
Description: Causes the target to fill with gas, making them lighter, allowing them to move X% faster for X seconds.
MS Increase: 5/10/15/20%
Duration: 2/4/6/8 seconds
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Name: Carrion Plague
Type: Debuff / Target
Targets: Enemy
Description: Instills a plague in a target enemy, which lies dormant for X seconds. After this duration, the plague explodes dealing X damage to the target, and X damage to allies of the target in a 450 AoE. This plague can only be removed by taking X damage. The target does not get hit by the AoE explosion.
Dormancy: 12/9/6/3 seconds
Target Damage: 75/150/225/300
AoE Damage: 50/100/150/200
Plague Removal Damage: 100/200/300/400
Name: Mass Spel
Type: Buff, AoE
Targets: Ally
Description: The holy side of the Mass Dispel magic, when cast, gives a X armor, X% damage, X% speed, and X% HP/MP boost to allies in a 600 AoE for X seconds.
Armor: 3/6/9/12
Damage: 5/15/25/35%
AS/MS Increase: 4/8/12/16%
HP/MP Increase: 7/14/21/28%
Duration: 3/5/7/9 seconds

Type: Buff
Targets: Ally
Description: Infuses a target ally with the power of the Heavens. This power increases HP by X%, and gives an extra X damage boost, which deals Pure damage. Attacks made by the infused unit also have a chance to heal the caster for X. Lasts X seconds.
HP Increase: 5/20/35/50%
Pure Damage: 0/25/50/75
Caster Heal: 25/50/75/100
Duration: 4/6/8/10 seconds
Name: Dooms Day
Type: Ground, AoE, Ultimate
Targets: Enemy
Description: Calls upon the forces of Hell to rise up and create a mach apocalypse. During this reign of chaos, the ground releases flames in a 600 AoE around the hero. Enemies caught in these flames get damaged for X, and then burn receiving X damage per second for 5 seconds. Any enemies that die from this effect explode in a fiery effect, dealing X damage in a 300 AoE to their allied units. Dooms Day lasts for X seconds. Enemies can only be hit once by Dooms Day.
Flame Damage: 200/400/600
Burn Damage: 10/30/50
Explosion Damage: 100/200/300
Duration: 3/6/9 seconds
Comments: Yes, I realize this spell has the potential to do 1150 damage at level 3
