Time elapsed Condition??Short Q.

Okay guys, I've always thought those damn "conditions" are a pain in the ass.
Where is the "Time elapsed equals #"(game time played) condition? It must be real simple, but i've been looking for 20 mins now, and can't find it :S!! Thanks guys. :banghead:

It is an event actually. Time - Time elapsed.
