Some Confusing error...

While trying to run the CD for warcraft 3 reign of chaos to install it on my computer i got the following message.


ERROR
ErrDlg: 1309


Does anyone know what the error is or how to fix it? I couldnt find anything useful with any search engines or help i could access.

at what point does this message come up?

Enter your CD key on battle.net. You can get a digital copy from there. No install problems.
