I have heard that there is an integer code for every animation which could help me just use "stand - 1" instead off all the stands animation.
My question is : how to use them and how to know what is the code a animation?

This one, maybe...

Trigger:
  • Animation - Set current animation for (Triggering unit) to its 1th animation

You will only get this on UMSWE.
Well, I hope you already understand what the trigger said.

how to know what is the code a animation?

Well, most of the wc3 models has many and less animations, so we do not know where to start, so if i'm you, i'll just check out what animation will play in 1th, 2nd, 3rd, etc animation

That action plays the 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. action of the invididual model. All models have different animation sets, so generally if you are going to use that action you have to make sure it is the correct number for the particular model you are trying to play the animation for or it might end up playing an attack animation for a stand, or a spell channel for what was an attack for another model.
