the evolve system
catching and calling

also i need pokemon ideas.

i have arceus. arceus can transform to different types.

whats the good special ability for each type

Well... WHAT system? You didn't post one.

What "pokemon ideas"? Pokemon is already made, you don't need ideas for pokemons anymore.

Be more specific if you want some help.

what is your map like - is it an RPG? hero arena ish type thing? something else? do you control a "trainer" who uses "pokeballs"?

couldn't you pull abilities from the pokemon themselves? Are the pokemon all going to be balanced heroes ect? Because I believe some pokemon are just better than others

yeah a player controls a pokemon trainer. the pokemon trainer has the ability to catch pokemon. if the pokemon trainer catches a pokemon it will be transfered to a region

this map is an adventure and every 3 minutes there is a battle against players

So you just want the ability to transfer them into a "pokeball" region? Or do you have to like battle it to lower hp and stuff with your starting pokemon?

You can use triggers to easily make the ability move a unit to another region.

i want this:

Catch Pokemon

example: pokemon trainer casts Catch pokemon, target unit of ability being casts is moved to a selected region.

Call Pokemon

example: pokemon trainer uses the item pokeball the pokemon you just catched will move instantly in front of you

Maybe you could have a "pokeball" ability that lets you select what pokemon you would like to summon.

I'm going to bed right now, but I think that an actual pokeball item to use isn't really needed, especially since you only have 6 inventory spots unless you want to add a spellbook type thing.
