Easy Cheesy Spaghetti

OK, here is a recipe for a real easy non intentional vegetarian dish. It is Chicken Spaghetti without the chicken or the vegetables. You can add fresh vegetables if you want, it makes it better, but totally not necessary.

Ingredients...
  • Can of Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 oz) or whatever size is not really important
  • Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz) or whatever size is not really important
  • Can of Rotel Tomatoes (10 oz) (10.5 oz) or whatever size is not really important
  • Can of Chicken Broth (14 oz) at least or a little more not a problem
  • Can of Mushrooms Pieces and Stems (7 oz or more is fine if you like mushrooms)
  • 16 oz Velveeta (or any other Pasteurized Processed Cheese Spread) aka half a block of 32 oz Velveeta like its normally sold)
  • 16 oz - 24 oz - Spaghetti (more is fine but probably not less than 12 oz as it will be too cheesy - reduce chicken broth and amount of soups added to adjust to less pasta) - a great substitute for spaghetti here is Rice. Cook the rice then add at pasta stage.
  • 8 oz of Shredded Cheddar or Habanero Cheddar like I use
  • optional (1 medium onion chopped)
  • optional (1 medium green pepper chopped)
  • optional (3 stalks of celery chopped)
The optional vegetables make it taste better if you like those vegetables, you can carmelize them, cook them before or just put them in if you decide to use them it does not matter, depends on your taste)

Directions:
  • Carmelize Veggies, chop the onion, green pepper and celery and add with canned or fresh mushrooms to a pan with 2 tablespoons butter and a 1/3 cup of olive oil, or if you dont have olive oil go with 3 tablespoons of butter, but just enough to keep it moist while you cook it on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add to a big pot (optional veggies you dont have to do this you can just put in the pot)
  • If you did not do the veggies then just add the mushrooms to the pot dont worry about carmelizing them (it will taste better though if you carmelize them).
  • Put all the soups in that pot with the Rotel and chop the velveeta or other type cheese into smaller cubes and add to pot. If your is microwaveable do it on 50% power for 10 minutes stirring 5 minutes in. If you have to use the stove use medium heat until all is melted like a cheese sauce.
  • If you have Season All and Cayenne pepper do it up here to taste.
  • Boil spaghetti noodles to instructions
  • Add all the ingredients to a casserole dish, and then stir it all up!
  • Top with the shredded cheese and bake in the oven covered with foil for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10 until bubbling and cheese is melted.
Enjoy Cheesy Spaghetti!

Note:

  • It tastes better the next day! Let the stuff sit at least 10 minutes before serving if you can't wait until tomorrow.
Enjoy!

Notice how the sauce erupts over the cheese crust? It is supposed to do that. Let it set for at least 15 minutes before you break into it and don't be afraid to mix it all up before you eat it! If you do though, the hardened cheese crust will melt and you will lose the crunchy :)

Reduce the amount of chicken broth in this to bring down the sauce content. Maybe to 7 ounces (half)? Also less soup per can could reduce the sauce content on this one. If you are using Spaghetti make sure to use at least 24 ounces on this. Reduce ingredients if you dont use that much pasta.

is it just me or does every recipe that The Helper posts involve a large casserole dish and baking in the oven?

Men often make casseroles. You put awesome food in a baking dish, put in oven, wait, and bam! Awesome baked food and it's easy :D

Patience serves as a protection against wrongs as clothes do against cold. For if you put on more clothes as the cold increases, it will have no power to hurt you.
So, in like manner, you must grow in patience when you meet with great wrongs, and they will then be powerless to vex your mind. ~ Leonardo da Vinci

You see @Danny Cross "The kitchen are for everyone" Isn't that good?

Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.

Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though
  • Varine Varine:
I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work
  • Varine Varine:
Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm
  • Varine Varine:
So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man
  • Varine Varine:
I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.
  • Varine Varine:
Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart
  • Varine Varine:
Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
