Romek and WolfieNoCT offer the the best way to get it done for attacking period. If it's to prevent teamkilling then you're best off with something like this.

Correct. It has a 60 second cooldown. I'm hoping to make it so that if someone fires a targeted spell at the hero and it's not cooling down, it'll reflect the spell back at the caster, then commence the cooldown, where the spell won't work.

Me again (hope I'm not becoming a pain.) I made a spell via triggers using variables, it works, but I can't help but feel it's leaking somewhere. I'd like to know if my gut's right or if it's all in my head.
