    missing attacks?

    go to advanced>game play constants find chance to miss while moving or something like that. the value should be .50. change it to 1 so units will always hit moving targets. this will affect ALL units in the map however.

    thats why you make it so the enemy has to be visible, and you can just turn it off (if its autocast) when you're retreating. You could either give invulnerablity or spellimmunity while charging, or give something like the backtrack ability from dota's void which is like evasion but also effects...
