You can duplicate the unit exactly, except make it have a different portrait; do this for however many portraits you are going to use. Then you can trigger it so that a random marine is created when you train the unit.

Are you sure? When I look at the full list of abilities I have to choose from every single one is single button based. I'm looking for the nuclear launch ability specifically (Odin's) but the only one on the list is the Cancel (Odin - Nuclear Strike) ability.
