So you don't know at all, how to make a AoE charm spell?
As I said in the original post, I have no trigger for it... Nothing... Deleted it.

What Accname said, and if you want to increase the level of a spell within the spellbook, then make a trigger for that aswell...
E. g. <Hero> reaches level 4 - Enable <CoolSkillHere>.
<Hero> reaches level 12 - Set level of ability <CoolSkillHere> to 2.
This was just an example to make it clear...
I sure made a loop, each time it checked to see that the targetet unit was not an unallowed target.
Looping at a maximum of 999 times...

I'm having trouble getting my dummy to cast charm on multiple enemies, though I removed the trigger completely, since I assumed that I did it totally wrong.
When I tried, I couldn't even get the dummy to cast it once. And yes, I did check all these obvious things, such as mana cost, cooldown...
Like the title says, I want to make a multi-shot ability for my hero and it's supposed to cost mana each time it's fired. Pretty much like Frost Arrows.
I tried making separate abilities, since I heard you cant "level up" the barrage ability. So I made a new skill, based of Black Arrows and...
Still the same results as previously, seems that my unit wont attack until a previous projectile has been destroyed.

Yes 802% does increase the attackspeed significantly but nowhere close to where it should be.
Yes I am sure that Arcane Opportunity is higher level than 0, there is a condition that confirms that you have the buff. To have the buff, you need to have atleast lvl 1 in Arcane Opportunity.
I tried what Advena and Dameon said, perhaps I did it wrong.. Because it doesent work..

I have this problem where my customhero with an Attack Cooldown set to 2.8 sec, and when it receives a buff that increases the attackspeed by 802% she doesent attack very fast...
I even tried raising it over the attackspeed increase cap.. up to 3000%.. still no progress... =/

I assume that you made sure that Sonic Blast (Blast Point) costs no mana and that it has no cast-time.
Otherwise im not sure, I have had alot of problems myself when it comes to flamestrike (I hate it).
