On the field with the armor value for devotion aura, are you holding shift and clicking? Might have to shift + double click, not sure. Then just enter a negative value and it should accept it.

Hmm, I think it's fixed now. I changed it to "Greater than or Equal to" and it's bloodlusting with every level, though I'm not sure if it's getting the right VigorCount before bloodlusting.
Might just be because it's counting the Bloodlusted attacks. Will have to find a way to pause the count...
