While I haven't tried the map yet, I agree with this quote considering the settled style of AoS. I'd like to steal it for my finished Battledawn project ;)
When I wrote the above post I thought I'd upload the map two days later. It took like 2 years...anyway! I'd present it as:
A grand map where two factions clash over an epic piece of winter terrain. Here the AOS-genre meets the good old Warcraft3, with loads of suprises and interesting items...
I have a map where a hero will remain dead upon death. How do I remove the hero portrait in the upper left corner, as the unit will not be used again?
Many thanks.

Thank you! :o
(I also noticed that the item can't be drop-on-death, cause he actually drops the item before he dies).
I don't know why this should be so difficult, but i simply want a certain action to happen if the dying hero carries a certain object.
i figured.. no, i THOUGHT i could use
Event; unit dies
Condition; Item-type carried by [dying unit] equals to etc.
Action; the whole nine-yards and...
This is a project i started on a few months after war3 hit the stores, in which i dragged up from the dust during a small lan party. When the rest of the lan party went to play this map overand over, I realized that this project (which has consumed months after months of work) deserved to be...
