When blizzard is cast, the first time it is casted it will damage the target. The second time it is casted on the same target, it doesn't. I've noticed this on two separate maps i've tried making, anyone have any idea why it happens?

With the dota warlock linking ability how is it implemented and does it use Spirit link as a base spell, if so how would i go about using it since, when i tried setting targets to enemy only there was no bounce.
If I wanted to make a unit deal "pure" damage to another unit with no reduction what so ever, how would i go about doing that?

Well i've looked around a couple of forums - and i've found out if u use pan camera as neccessary, units loaded already in the water can stuff up ur map and cause it to split - with the units already loaded in water does that count shallow water? and is there other reasons cause my map splits...
