a few misc questions

1) is there a an expiration timer (or what ever this kind of timer would be called) that runs in reverse? like the bar starts empty and fills up.
how about instead a way to trigger changes in the amount of time left in an expiration timer?
2) when a unit has no attack, and you give it a right click order on an enemy unit, what order was given?Thanks!

3) has anyone played a 3rd person perspective map where your unit is controlled with wasd keys? if so were the controls smooth? and if possible could i get a link to dl it?

1) I don't think so. However, you can make a variable and increase it by one every second to keep track of how long something has happened.

2) It issues a Follow order.

3) I have not.

I've never seen or heard of such a system. It may be possible with very advanced JASS, but I doubt it.

(Actually I wonder what would happen if you add a new expiration timer to a unit that already has one... It may overwrite the old one, and even if it doesn't it might be used if you ever want to shorten the duration.)

I have played a few games that made use of the arrow keys... the games usually had mild delay that required external programs to make playable (delay reducers).
