It can be used for any other purposes. You may use it for WCIII, but the generator is not created specifically for this. Thus, I think this should be in General Discussions.

Lol.. Nice program. RDZ (Rao Dao Zao) created a random name generator as well which can be found here:

Still, this may prove a bit more useful because it has many options.

Just one thing thought, it would be nice if you could just spam click the "generate" until you find a name you like, as it is now you have to back one step to generate again. Its nothing major thought.
