Is it possible to determine a region by the position of a unit? For example if I'd want to create a on that region? Like "Create x unit(s) at center of region that Triggering Unit is standing on"?

I don't think you can direclty do that, but there is a condition 'Region - Region contains point' (Boolean Comparsion). You could use that and some ifs.

Ghan has said he has fixed this. Monovertex please confirm this fix. This was only a problem with people that had signatures in the upper levels like not the special members but the respected members.
