Defi4nc3's Quest System

Okay this is what I want:

A unit enters a circle
All other units have 20 seconds to enter the circle after that they cannot enter it again (entering triggers and the entering unit will be moved to another area).
In the area there are creeps and bosses
When the last bosses dies all player units will be moved to another region
Next time they enter the circle the creeps are revived

Okay took a while to made these... Okay not really, here they are.

EnterCircle
    Events
        Unit - A unit enters No region
    Conditions
    Actions
        Unit - Move (Triggering unit) instantly to (Center of No region)
        If ((Remaining time for Timer) Equal to 0.00) then do (Countdown Timer - Start Timer as a One-shot timer that will expire in 20.00 seconds) else do (Do nothing)
        If ((Number of units in (Units in No region)) Equal to 0) then do (Unit - Create 10 Footman for Player 3 (Teal) at (Random point in No region) facing Default building facing degrees) else do (Skip remaining actions)
        Unit - Create 1 Mountain King for Player 3 (Teal) at (Random point in No region) facing Default building facing degrees

Second Trigger

ShutDownCircle
    Events
        Time - Timer expires
    Conditions
    Actions
        Trigger - Turn off EnterCircle <gen>

Third Trigger:

TurnAllOn
    Events
        Unit - A unit owned by Player 3 (Teal) Dies
    Conditions
        ((Dying unit) is A Hero) Equal to True
    Actions
        Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units in No region matching ((Number of units in (Units in (Playable map area))) Equal to 2)) and do (Unit - Move (Picked unit) instantly to (Center of No region))
        Trigger - Turn on EnterCircle <gen>
