Adding information in the 'Quest Log'

What do i have to do to enable the 'Quest Tab' so i can some how also write info about the map. Like not necessary quests, but just a place where people can read info.

You have to create a quest with triggers only then with other discription:

• Quest - Create a Required quest titled YOUR TEXT with the description YOUR TEXT, using icon path ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNAmbush.blp

this is the action you would have to use

Use 'required quest' to put something on the left side, and 'optional quest' to put something on the right side. It might be the other way around, but you get the point....
