Assistance On Site Please?

Hai. My clan leader in COD4 just purchased a clantoolz site and i've been hellping in creating it. The banner is really the first project i've done in photo editing. I wanted to know if anyone is willing to help me re-creating/touching up the background and banner. Or just make something new. Tips and ideas are appreciated too.

well i thought it was alright

but if you resize the text smaller and add a cod4 icon into it maybe put all four of the forces icon(s.a.s, opfor, marines and spentenz) in too?
