Best Monster Respawn Trigger for an RPG?

Is there any better way to make monster respawn? Wut i do is make a region where the monster is suppose to be. Then, make the monster spawn and then I make couple triggers to make that one monster respawn after 15 seconds. If i do this way it would takes weekssss, is there a way to make only a few triggers for all monsters? Thanks :]
