Black Mask All the Time

Another question, while I'm at it. I'm looking for 0 visibility for each player whenever a unit is not nearby. What I mean is, I want the player to see nothing (no explored terrain, nothing) unless there is a unit there to see for them, even if they have been there before. I've tried messing with the black mask in actions, but I always end up frustrated. Any help? Many thanks! :D

First, go to Scenario > Map Options... and uncheck "Masked areas are partially visible". Then, add this trigger:

Trigger:
  • Black Mask
    • Events
      • Map initialization
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • For each (Integer A) from 1 to 16, do (Actions)
        • Loop - Actions
          • Visibility - Create an initially Enabled visibility modifier for (Player((Integer A))) emitting Black mask across (Playable map area)
