BloodLust - Item Spell Not Casting. ??

an odd problem just occured when I was editing a map of mine.

for some reason when I add the ability Bloodlust to an item, it does not let me cast it, regardless of how i tamper with it.

i made a custom version of it and set mana cost to 0. made sure that the ability was active and that it was the only ability in the item's "Ability List".

still no luck, i made it charged. still nothing.

i added the ability to a unit, then it works fine.

i dont understand what the problem is. any ideas?

and did you check the field which says "stats - actively used"?

check it in your Editor and see if it works please, I hope it is not just my version.

yeah im also sure i did everythn right, but yeah. lol i was so confused, spent like an hr tryna figure out what i did wrong, owel suks. damn Blizzard bugs :/

I find that not all abilities work in the form of an item. In this case, just use an ability you know works as a dummy, and then fix the spell with a trigger.
