blp loading screen image quality

this is anoying,i use Wc3 Image Extractor II to convert tga to blp,and on some tutorial it says that when i chose quality 100% ,file size will be about 500kb,and i chosed 70% (as they advised) and it should be less size,it was still about 500kb,i even reduced to 5%,still 500. wtf

it is ok, 512x512,loading screen appears,everything is ok,but i want smaller blp size,i hate short answers,damn write something normal that can help me,if you wanted to post,then try to be helpful. so,is there a way to reduce blp image size (greatly) ?

Anyway, is your tga image is also like 500kb size?
If not, then you gonna read this, and try to make a high quality loading screen, it doesnt need to conver to blp file....
