Blue Minimap?

Well my problem is this:

I made a new map with a base shallow water level to start, then I raised the terrain so the water was hidden (thus allowing me to make pools of water without cliffs with relative ease). Usually I do it the hard way. However, this has caused the minimap to become entirely blue at areas that are at ground level (areas I havent used create cliff). I do not want a blue minimap, as it makes things very confusing. Is there a way to make it so the blue only shows where there is visable water?

EDIT: I think I solved it. I need to raise the whole map another couple points.

In-game or in the editor?
Perhaps you are using a terrain which doesn't allow building and Pathing Ground is triggered.

Try pressing "P" in the terrain editor (main editor). If it cures the problem... see above.

I always do my maps that way and never have a problem.

Its both in the editor and in-game.
I know about the pathing map. So far all the terrain is some form of grass. Its the same blue you get when you put water somewhere. There is water, but the thing is, the terrain is raised above the water so you can't see it.

Okay, then try to enable the Pathing.
If it is dark blue, press P, if it changes to green (depends on what "grass" you used, a name would be nice), it's because it IS water, just very very little above the water level and not noticeable.

If so, raise the entire map.
