Bounty isn't working

I've used this guide before
http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/general-mapping-tutorials-278/bounty-and-units-6722/

a tut for getting bounty to work, and i've used it before and it works, but for some damn reason, its working no matter what now... Whether I delete all the actions in the default trigger and add it, add a new trigger to default folder, or make a new folder and do it, it doesn't work, the bounty is set to the unit im testing on, and all other units are set.. Could someone assist me? This is really starting to piss me off. I'm using newgen, I did exactly as the above guide says to do, its bloody simple, and it just doesn't work.

Now, I know you can manually set bounties with numerous triggers, but I just want the default bounties of units to work. However its not for some unknown reason. Could someone shed some light on this? I would greatly appreciate it.

Untitled Trigger 001
Events
Map initialization
Conditions
Actions
Player Group - Pick every player in (All players) and do (Actions)
Loop - Actions
Player - Turn Gives bounty On for (Picked player)

Would have been easier if you just went to the link... I made the trigger exactly the same as they had it

try using an elapsed time event, if that dosen't work you might want to try it with just specifying a different bounty line for each colour, rather then a pick all players event.

after I made this thread, a idea popped in my head to look for threads like this, and I did, and lot of the triggers, were little messy, leaked or w/e. I found out this one works but its a little odd

Melee Initialization
Events
Map initialization
Conditions
Actions
Player Group - Pick every player in (All players) and do (Actions)
Loop - Actions
Player - Turn Gives bounty On for Player 1 (Red)
Player - Turn Gives bounty On for Player 2 (Blue)
Player - Turn Gives bounty On for Player 3 (Teal)
Player - Turn Gives bounty On for Player 5 (Yellow)
Player - Turn Gives bounty On for Player 6 (Orange)
Player - Turn Gives bounty On for Player 7 (Green)
Player - Turn Gives bounty On for Player 10 (Light Blue)
Player - Turn Gives bounty On for Neutral Hostile

The people who kept putting up triggers that worked or were confusing, I tried rebuilding it, and it looks pretty exact to me.
I mean it works, bounty works, but have bounties set so each unit gives a specific amount, like footman 15g, grunts 25g. Yet when I kill a grunt, it will lot of times give me 30g instead, or say 22g or 30g when unit dies. I'm not sure what you call when a trigger leaks, is this what that would be? The guy said it works but its not unleakable.

I do not think that is a leak. Bounties are like attack, they have both a set value and a random dice value, so if bounty awarded =15, and the random dice that corresponds to bounty reads 2 dice with 6 sides each, you will get a value from 17-27
set the number of random dice to 1 and sides to 1, then set bounty awarded to 1 less then u actually want and it should work.

Leaks are related to units or locations that where added to a variable and never deleted and more often tend to lag the game. For instance the trigger: create 1 unit of type footman in random location in region 1, creates a point at a random location every time it is run and never deletes those points, so they tend to pile up over time and waste ram, lagging the game.

Ah. Well for the first part of your post, I changed the values to 0, and the main bounty to like 25. So I could get exactly 25. I'm assumings its because of that? I have to put in 1 instead?

Yes, you have to put 1.

If you want the bounty to be as 25, set the main value to 24. Other values should be set to 1. Should you set the other values to 0, then no values could be obtained..
