Camera Lock Question

How's it going fellow helpers?
I got another question about cameras!

Question 1 - How do I lock a camera to a specific unit and locks it so people can't move there mouse to look around & can't scroll up and down?

Question 2 - How I remove/disable the Mini-map?

Question 3 - How do I make the camera scroll down (Like WoW view) before it locks? Like playing in WoW view but the camera is locked (Not sure if this made any sence lol)

2: Upload a blank picture, preferrably black, then rename it to War3mapMap.tga/blp. Has to be 256x256 I think.

Edit: It's path might be war3mapMap.blp/tga instead. Dunno on this.

This is what I'm looking for

I'm trying to get the triggers on how to lock the camera (Having the view simular to wow *its scrolled down showing the back of your character*) and allows you to move around (with out being able to move your camra or scroll) while the camera follows your character no matter of the direction.
Decently close up and allows you to read the discriptions of the MOVE and ATTACK key sence it doesn't want to come up for me when I do it. (Basicly all the keys don't show discriptions)

As for the main camera
Can anyone tell me how to

Get the camera to be (Scrolled down) in a 3D-type of way in back of a unit.
To where the camera is LOCKED so the players cannot move their screen away from their unit , also procceeding this, is there a way for the camera to follow the units' direction. Like if a unit turns, the camra turns to always be in back of the unit?

Hopefully this is enough information.
