Cant set players, help :'(

Sorry, if there's a post solving this prob, I just couldnt find it :'( Anyway, im totally hopeless. Im in Scenario -> Player properties, adding some players, setting their races, names etc. ... and wanna test map. But everything the game loads is Red player ( me ) and a Blue ( Computer ) .. even if I add 6 players. And also, even if I disable red player and set the only User as yellow, for ex. .. still the same, game loads only the Red as me, and Blue as computer. Since the game doesnt load them, their models just stand and do nearly nothing. Setting any kind of AI doesnt work either .. thanks for your help and sorry for my eng ...
*SOLVED .. twice reinstall of game and im using older patch, for now ..
