Chain Lightning Spell

Basically what i wanted to make was a spell that creates 3 dummy units overhead of the target; then all 3 cast chain lighting at the target and then "spider out" to other targets. My question is would they all hit the same targets or would they actually spread out?

if you use normal chain lightning they would hit the smae targets, but it can be helped by making the spell completly triggered.

I think they'll spred out, but this needs to be tested.

if it would be 1 25 hiting lightinig it would spread, but 2 of 10 might hit same targets

what ill prolly end up doing is casting it on the intial target then create a dummy unit on inital target for every unit in 400 area and cast chain lit again so it appears its spreading out

um dude make a trigger that when cast set a integer for like 12

when spell is cast set the integer then spawn 3 dummys make them cast chain lightning dummy spell on a random unit within region substract that by 3 one for each time cast

then another that recognizes that spell makes 3 dummies on the spot of the unit that was targeted them make them target 3 units of random and substact by 3

if you use the if/then/else then when integer = 0 turn off the trigger then turn it back on.

boom!

spell would look like

the o's are targets and the x is the caster
