Chance to shoot twice

Hello, i saw the geminate attack spell from dotA and i made it. It works perfectly but i wanted to cr8 the exact spell but not every X seconds but to have a chance to shoot twice. I made the spell exacly the same. Based the main spell from orb of lightning(new) with 10/15/20/25 chance to hit units/summons/heroes and it doesn't work. For the dummy spells i used Searing Arrows with no damage. Something bugs and i don't know why. Help me plz

is your unit a range hero? dont know if searling arrow works with melee
else try to use orb of slow insatnd of new lightning orb

Oh i fixed it. Dark Arrows, Incinerate(arrow), Searing Arrows and Poison Arrows don't work but Cold Arrows do ... Wow, the WE has so many bugs lol. But it shoots the same missle as the hero does a.k.a it can't add different missle. But that isn't a problem 4 me...

With a trigger and a variable you can just set something like this:

• Chance on extra missile
  • Events
  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Set Chanceonextramissile = (Integer((Random percentage)))
    • If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
      • If - Conditions
        • (Chanceonextramissile - ((Level of [The ability] for (Triggering unit)) x 10)) Less than or equal to 20
      • Then - Actions
        • Set ExtraMissileIsActive = True
      • Else - Actions
        • Set ExtraMissileIsActive = False

and then put something behind it that fires a missile (using a dummy unit) when the boolean comparison is true.

not sure if this is good tough but u could make it better.

Though the dummy wouldn't mimic your real damage. I was thinking of creating an illusion, I tried it before but it was really complicated just to hide the illusion.
