i think there only is 2 green for normull and the red 1 for perm

remember i did say i think so i dont no .... i have seen red 1 in other maps

Well there IS the possibility the turn it orangish. Just change the buff art effect
to "Permanent Immolation" of the Pandaren elemental.

Apart from that I can't think of a WE way.

i can a dummy unit, with the model of immolation, change the tinting color... but how can i put it on a unit when the hero turns on immolation...

e- unit uses ability
c- ability casted = idk
a- create (sfx unit) at position of casting unit
set dummy= last created unit

e- every .1 seconds of game time
a- move dummy to position of caster

make the buff Frost-Armor and change the buff description to match your skill and wolla you got white Immolation and anyone that get close get the same effect on them as if they hit Frost-Armor except they arent slowed...

change? it hard if you use WE.. or, is there a way in WE? maybe. .. but, try using a modeling tool. i already done that with the rejuvination buff. i changed it to color green.
