Changing Experience Share

Is it possible to make it so that all Hero's level the same regardless of whether they are with another hero or not? In other words, turn off experience splitting. I want to encourage team play, and not soloing. If Heros gain more experience by going off on their own, there is a personal insentive to go huntig away from the group.
