Changing Multiboard Icon

I have made my multiboard like the one in SD_Ryoko's tutorial, here's the trigger:

Create Multiboard

For each (Integer A) from 1 to (1 + Player_Count), do (Actions)

Multiboard - Set the icon for (Last created multiboard) item in column 1, row List to ReplaceableTextures\WorldEditUI\Editor-Force.blp
Multiboard - Set the text for (Last created multiboard) item in column 2, row List to (Player_Colors[(Player number of (Picked player))] + ((Name of (Picked player)) + |r))
Multiboard - Set the text for (Last created multiboard) item in column 3, row List to 0
Set List = (List + 1)
Multiboard - Show (Last created multiboard)

The trigger that increases the kills and sets player colors is irrelevant now... I dont know how to, when a unit enters a region to choose a hero, the icon of it's respective owner changes from the "Editor-Force.blp" to a...Paladin, for example, I think the problem is in how I try to detect the row of the player, since this multiboard shows only players that are currently playing, I might mistake the rows... can someone show me how to detect the rows so the icon changes properly?Please be detailed!

Here's the link to the tutorial, I changes the trigger slightly to adapt it to my map.

If elapsed game time is 1 second...
Do the players each have their own hero already?
They probably don't do they?
If they don't then they would'nt get the icon they wanted
(If you want when u pick a hero, change ur icon in multiboard to
icon of the hero, Is that what u want?)
