Christmas TD -by ragingspeedhorn & Mini-Me

Last year Mini-Me and myself made "A Christmas Maze" and it seemed that people liked that so we thought that we would make a christmas map once again, this year being a TD instead

The map will be a team TD for 8 players in teams of 2. There will only be 1 builder which will have aproxmately 10 or 11 towers, all somehow being related to christmas such as a raindeer tower, snowman tower and so on. The TD will not be a mazing TD!

Progress so far is around 5% finnished or so since we just started

Any feedback/ideas and so on is apreciated! +rep for any help received

NOTE: X-mas Jukebox I might try adding a trigge that when it attacks christmas music will play(if I do that it will be the only way for you to hear the X-mas music.So it can be a "funner"tower)
For the coal Mine when it dies it generates Coal Miners.
For the Santa gravestone just do the one gravestone thats under doodads.People never check their theres even bats there!

Hehh, no need to read a tutorial, I actually made a TD tutorial myself already

Builders ought to be elves. Make Santa be loading his sleigh in the middle, and creeps trying to destroy it. A nice premise I think.

The map will not have any christmas music I think, I will post it when it is ready.

What you are protecting are santas gift factory.

We have worked on a few different patterns for the lanes and this is what we came up with. Tell me what you think about it please



The creeps spawn at the bottom and goes upwards. There are 2 spawn points and 1 end point. This is just for 2 players, this will then be duplicated to match all 8 players

I have no idea about how a jewish star look so if it is the inside-out version of that then it surely werent intentional

sounds like a good map..

anyway, i have a good idea.

Let's say you haven't let any creeps by in the last 10 waves. You get a message from santa that says "You've been nice this year! You're going to get a present!" Then you get a random gift like gold, split between the players, or a free tower for every player or something.

Well, since he may be one of the best towers, I wanna give a spell that maybe could be done..

Something like "Presents Barrage"
Santa throws presents at all nearby enemy units
And maybe add in a "Ho,Ho,Ho" sound

Anyways, you have my full support on this..

Little Timmy

Heres a twist that could drive players up the wall, havea littly boy named timmy, that runs through the maze on random waves, your towers can kill him like the other creeps, but you want him to live and make it to santa, if he makes up have a message show up like "Here you go Timmy, Merry Christmas" and then timmy being happy to see santa thanks the side(s) he got through on and gives them a reward
