Connection Trouble to Northend

I installed wc3 +tft without any cracks or nocd etc... I can connect to all battlenet but not to northend

I get this error:
The link to battlenet could not be created.
Maybe you are trying to connect to a wrong battlenet server.

What should I do ?

You are IP banned.
It lasts from a day to 2 weeks depending on the offense.
The more you try to connect the longer it will last.
