Creating items doesn't work

I am creating a save/load system and have a weird problem. When i try to load items, only some items work, and it seems impossible that it has something to do with triggers. Ive changed positions and many different tests, and i cant find why it doesnt work. :banghead:

Who's Save/Load code are you using?
What triggers have you copied?
Have you followed any implementation instructions?
Is it only the items that do not work?
Please post your triggers, as well.
