Creeps follow you until death

Hey guys i have a serious problem here.
I have a quest that a player have to escort a child to her mother and the child wasn't following the player, so i posted here and i got an answer, i had to change "Creeps - Guard" in Gameplay Constants into something big like 999999, so i did but now all the neutral creeps won't leave you until you kill them or they kill you... how to solve this problem? if i lower Creeps - Guard all creeps won't follow for that much but the quest will be ruined..

You could repeat the order more often, like once every 5 seconds or so.
Or use an actual player, not a neutral.
