Custom Creep Heroes Spawning Problem

I'm trying to create a Creep Hero (like the Pandaren Brewmaster, Naga Seawitch, etc. etc.) but somehow, I keep on encountering a problem.

Thing is, whenever I try to buy the hero from the Tavern, I can buy more than one. If I buy another hero, then I can't buy anymore hero, but if I don't, I can buy as many as I wish.

I have no idea why that is... any ideas?

Delete the "Melee Initialization" trigger in the Trigger Editor.

Alternatively, only the "Melee Game - Limit Heroes to 1 per Hero-type (for all players)" line.
