I made an item which once equiped it slows the wearer by 30%. I know you'll ask "Why the hell make such an item?" That's a long story. The point is that I can't get them to slow the user. I made a custom "Slow" based spell which slows 30% and has its own debuff but I can't get the user slowed.
FISTLY: I need something like that for the debuff to be added (It lasts 3600 seconds which is 60 minutes):
Event:
Unit Aquires and Item
Condition:
??? Something which points out what the item is. In my case [Rusty Old Boots]
Event:
Unit - Create a Dummy at position of Triggering Unit
Unit - Add Slow (Item) to Last Created Unit
Unit - Order Last Created Unit to Human Sorceress (Slow) Triggering Unit
Unit - Add 2.00 second Generic Expiration timer to Last Created Unit.
SECONDLY: Since this is an effect which lasts until the item is dropped I need it to reaply the effect every 10 minutes of gameplay.
Event:
Time - Every 600.00 seconds
Condition:
None
Event:
Unit - Pick every unit in Playeble Map and do Multiple Actions
-If/Then/Else
--CONDITION:??? Something which points out that the unit must have [Rusty Old Boots]
--THEN:Unit - Create a Dummy at position of Picked Unit
--Unit - Add Slow (Item) to Last Created Unit
--Unit - Order Last Created Unit to Human Sorceress (Slow) Picked Unit
--Unit - Add 2.00 second Generic Expiration timer to Last Created Unit.
--ELSE: Do nothing.
LASTLY: I need for this debuff to fall once the item is removed from the hero. As far as I get it it will be enough to:

Unit - Looses an item
Condition:
??? Item is Rusty Old Boots
Event:
Unit - Remove Rusty Old Boots buff from Triggering Unit
But what are the ??? conditions?
