First, wat is the custom script of 'destroy trigger' ?(i need exact word)
Seconds, if i destroy the trigger in-game using custom script, it will disappear from the game in that time only or forever ? Wat is the use of destroy trigger?
I need you guys help, please and thank you.

Make sure this is at the end of the trigger.
This will destroy the trigger for that game;
It can not ever be run again in the same game.

Custom script:   call DestroyTrigger(GetTriggeringTrigger())

You shouldn't ever need to destroy a trigger, just turn it off , it can be done through GUI

and lastly, one good Custom Script to use is that when you have a trigger that will only run once, then is useless. In those cases, put this at the end of the trigger. It can greatly reduce lag in your maps.

The name of the trigger doesn't matter;
Just use:

Custom script:   call DestroyTrigger(GetTriggeringTrigger())

GetTriggeringTrigger gets the name of the trigger for you.

Use the Edit button .
And, set it's Collision Size to 0 I believe?
