Is there a way to make Defend deal more damage than what they attacked with?

Enemy piercing ranger deals 100 damage, can Defend be made to do 200 damage return?

Yes i think so. Go to defend find
"damage taken" and change it to -1.
To make in a negative press "shift+2x left click.

hmm setting it to 100% chance? does 10000 and 100 do the same?
