Disable Attack or Move

How to disable Attack or move for example: A unit cast a spell called "X" and the target of that spell can't attack but he still can move.

If I remember correctly, the Silence spell can disable attacks without disabling movement

well silence make the target unable to cast any spell

Please actually check the spell before making assumptions.

Under object editor > Abilities > Neutral Hostile > Units > Silence (Neutral Hostile) > Data - Attacks Prevented > Option

The option can choose between spells, range, melee, special.

To disable attack, check melee and range.
