Dota Hero Tavern System

Hello Guys!! I am new at thehelper.net and still learning some new stuff about worldeditor. Thing is I am trying to make this map and sersly need a dota like tavern (hero picking) system which can work properly. Anyway... Someone already created a dota like T.S. and its bugs free?? then plz tell me where can i find it.. If not then make me one :p

System should have the followings:
+Team Picking ( When team 1 player picks a hero goes to region of team 1 like dota same goes for team 2)
+Death Timer
+No Jass! ( I dunno how to edit jass :D )
+Hero Win or Lose Gold On Kill or Death Depends on LvL this one is hard :banghead: :p

I checked this Dota template already, its written in Jass and I don't know how to edit it... :S

Q:what are you trying to edit/make?
Hero Tavern from witch you can pick heros..
Like force 1(team 1) have 5 human players and when some one picks a hero it goes to region 1 and force 2(team 2) have 5 human players again when some one picks hero from tavran it goes to region 2 witch is located in 2nd team base....for this you have to do some dirty team variables :S

I am trying to learn Jass basics :D

Q:how much gold to be lost and won?
Defualt gold like 250 and it increases with hero lvl by 20 gold

      • A unit is sold
    • Conditions
      • (Owner of (Buying Unit) is an Ally of (Player 1 (Red)) equal to true
    • Actions
      • Set Point = Center of Region1 &lt;gen&gt;
      • Move Sold unit instantly to Point
      • Custom script: call RemoveLocation(udg_Point)


Trigger:
  • Team2
    • Events
      • A unit is sold
    • Conditions
      • (Owner of (Buying Unit) is an Ally of (Player 6 (Orange??)) equal to true
    • Actions
      • Set Point = Center of Region2 &lt;gen&gt;
      • Move Sold unit instantly to Point
      • Custom script: call RemoveLocation(udg_Point)


Trigger:
  • Gold System
    • Events
      • A unit dies
    • Conditions
      • Dying unit equal to Hero
      • Killing unit equal to Hero
    • Actions
      • Set GoldInt = (250 + (Level of Dying unit x 20))
      • Set Dying unit gold to (Dying Unit gold - GoldInt)
      • Set Killing unit gold to (Killing unit gold + GoldInt)

I am making same thing and Thanks for the info but I am having a problem with hero revive system the one you gave here I cannot make it work its in Jass :banghead:.. When the hero revives it always goes to region01 even its from team 02 can you fix this trigger ?? :eek:

I am having the same PROBLEM :banghead: someone please add region 2 for team 2

hero picking system is fine the problem is with this reviving system :( its in Jass and i don't know how to edit it can you fix it ? Please go to this thread these guys are talking about the same thing..

Problem is when Team1 Or Team2 hero dies it revive on same Region 01..... I want team1 hero to revive on region 01 and team2 hero on region 02...

Use loops. So like let's say it's 6v6.

Make it like this
Trigger:
  • For each integer 1 to 6 do actions
    • Actions
      • Revive unit at player[integer A] start location


for other team it would be 7-12

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
