Edits to water and lighting stopped showing up in editor

I used to be able to see the edits I made to water in the editor but since the patch I can only see the water as it really is in a game. Is there some setting I need turned back on to see water and lighting properly in the editor?

Go to the top menu, and go to View. Go down the list until you see Lightning. Check that its not on "none".
Go further down to Show Terrain, go over it, then go to the menu that pops up and check that show water is ticked.

If these options are grayed out, go to the bottom of the list and untick "Lock Game View Settings"

I can see the water, but only its alpha and flow. None of the other settings show up unless I test the map in game. It's weird and it makes it hard to edit.

Nvm, I found the problem the terrain quality was set too low which disables most of the water's settings. Which means players using medium or lower graphic settings will see terrible water, hmm.
