Ok I have these 2 triggers:

now the problem i have is that when the heroes in my 12 player map don't get the item they still keep on level. Not always some stop while others levels and it's not specific heroes, it random. Stop how do i make it so they stop for sure until they get the item?

- Unit - A unit Gains a level
- Conditions
- ((Triggering unit) is A Hero) Equal to True
- (Level of (Triggering unit)) Equal to 18
- Actions
- Hero - Disable experience gain for (Triggering unit)
