hell yeah !
Singple play this time ..
Bin a long time an FPS single play could have me glued to my chair for such a longtime that i actually wanted to finish it .. last FPS games i finished where Halflife and Soldier of Forutune 1 .
Storyline is as thin as my underpants and we seen and heard it all before ..
Mad proffersor creates insane monsters ... monsters get set free and you have to battle the monsters and the soldiers of the proffersor ..
*yawn*
Thin story line or not it does work. The story nicely evolves .
Bundled with the best to date graphix everseen (this is based on direct x 9.0 renderer)
And those people who thought they would never see a kickass direct x 9.x game . This one sets the standard very high for the others
You would allmost wish that every game developer ditched open gl and go for direct x 9.x hehe
Looking at the game and the super detailed monsters i wonder if the creators of Farcry gonna be sued by the boys from ID.. The people at ID must atleast grinded some teeth when they played this game ..
The lightning the graphix wow mind blowing .. mind blowing !
Shoot an enemy on a hillside .. the body will slide down off the hill when it is in the grass .
Shoot a soldier on the head who wears a kevlar helmet and you hear cloink ..
And this is just a tiny example how well EAX is supported ..
You can hear the enemy sneak up from behind !
The enemy AI is excellent nothing like the demo where the soldiers acted like canon fodder.. No this rocks .. They will try to save themselfs .. If they consider the mutated monsters a bigger threat then you then they will try to wipe out the monsters b4 you .
This is really worth checking out .
Another note on multi/online play .. It has me totally hooked now . I preffer it tons times better then BFV coz it works so great .
Tho BFV has still it moments
But this is even better !
