Flying Height +10 / 0.10 seconds?

Okey so i got spell named "Time Slam"

Desprition: Time weaver begins to rise target up. when max height is reached it slams target down and deals - damage

How can i do predioct trigger witch every 0.10 seconds increases flying height of target of ability by 10

This is purely guessing.

Every .1 Seconds of game time,
Pick every unit with (timeslam) buff and do
if(maxheight is below ??? for picked unit) do increase maxheight by 10 for picked unit,
else(set maxheight of picked unit to 0) and (deal XXX damage to picked unit)

??? is height to fall from,
XXX is damage,
problem is the caster will not be credited for the kill,
and I dont know if any of these height thingys exists.
